Italian Potato Salad


  • ½ cup boiled Potatoes
  • ½ cup boiled Potatoes
  • 2 tsp white roasted Sesame seeds.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • 2 Walnuts


  1. Dice the boiled potatoes with the skin or without.
  2. Roast sesame seeds and grind.
  3. Now take a bowl and add sesame seeds, walnut, salt and pepper, lemon juice.
  4. Mix well and add potatoes.
  5. Serve cold, garnish with coriander leaves
