Spice up your taste buds and satisfy your tummy with this flavourful and nutritious broccoli recipe.

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • ½ tsp green chili, chopped
  • ¼ tsp coriander (dhania) seeds, coarsely crushed
  • ⅛ tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
  • ¼ cup sliced onion
  • Salt to taste

For The Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onion, chili, and coriander seeds, and sauté on a low flame for 1 minute.
  2. Add ginger and sauté again for a few seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add salt, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  5. Serve hot, garnish with coriander.
