Ingredients:
- ½ tsp oil
- 1 cup Broccoli
- ½ tsp green chili, chopped
- ¼ tsp coriander (dhania) seeds, coarsely crushed
- ⅛ tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
- ¼ cup sliced onion
- Salt to taste
For The Garnish:
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onion, chili, and coriander seeds, and sauté on a low flame for 1 minute.
- Add ginger and sauté again for a few seconds.
- Add the broccoli, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Serve hot, garnish with coriander.
