Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs, boiled
  • Grated carrot
  • Milk
  • Oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Flax seeds
  • Basil leaves (for garnishing)

Method:

  1. Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mix the yolks with grated carrot, milk, oregano, black pepper, salt, and flax seeds.
  3. Put the mixture into the empty, boiled white shells and garnish with basil leaves.
