Boost your immunity with a powerhouse blend of rich fats, proteins, micronutrients and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams almonds
  • 100 grams cashews
  • 30 grams poppy seeds (khuskhus)
  • 50 grams raw sugar, optional (mishri/khadi shakar)
  • Elaichi powder (homemade)
  • 20 grams saunf (badishep)
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Method:

  1. Roast almonds, cashews, and poppy seeds separately.
  2. Allow them to cool down, then grind all ingredients together.
