These delightful cutlets are crafted from simple yet flavorful ingredients.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup grated pumpkin/ lauki/ raw papaya
- ½ tsp turmeric (haldi)
- 1 tsp chopped coriander + mint leaves
- Chopped green chilies – to taste
- Garam masala – to taste
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Bread or besan (gram flour) to bind
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take all the vegetables.
- Cook them separately, finely mash them, mix all the spices, and shape them into round cutlets.
- Shallow fry in a non-stick pan or air fryer.
