Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1-2 chopped onions
- 1 bunch of spring onion, whites and greens separated
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 1-2 carrots, finely chopped
- 3-4 beans
- Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Spices: 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1 pinch of pepper
Method:
- Heat 1 tsp of sesame/sunflower oil in a wok. Add ginger, onion, and spring onion whites. Sauté until fragrant.
