Ingredients:
- 3-4 tbsp basmati brown rice
- 60 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp diced zucchini
- 3 tbsp diced broccoli
- 2 tbsp diced French beans
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp oregano and paprika powder
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and soak the basmati brown rice for 15 minutes. Then, pressure cook the rice on high flame for 8 minutes, and let it simmer on low flame for 8 minutes.
- Sauté the sliced mushrooms, diced zucchini, broccoli, and French beans. Add cooked rice and salt to taste.
- Serve hot.
