Ingredients:
- 3 boiled egg whites
- ½ cup iceberg lettuce/lettuce leaves
- Bell peppers/cherry tomatoes (optional)
Dressing:
- Desi tadka seasoning
- ½ tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the eggs and separate the yolks.
- Dip the iceberg lettuce/lettuce leaves in cold water.
- Cut the boiled egg whites.
- In a bowl, add lettuce, bell peppers/cherry tomatoes, and chopped egg whites.
- Add ½ tsp olive oil and the dressing.
- Toss it and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve it on a bed of iceberg lettuce/lettuce leaves.
