Enjoy a fulfilling meal with eggs — low in calories yet packed with protein and healthy fats, providing both satiety and nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp oregano/chilli flakes
  • 1 onion/spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
  • ½ tsp butter/oil
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl, break the 2 eggs, beat them nicely with spices and herbs. Set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, add oil/butter and sauté spring onions/onions, tomato. Add spices – red chilli, ginger garlic, coriander powder, oregano, etc.
  3. Sauté the masala for 5 minutes.
  4. In another pan, make an omelette. Once cooked, place it nicely on a plate.
  5. Spread the masala over the omelette and roll it.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy with mint dip.
