Enjoy a fulfilling meal with eggs — low in calories yet packed with protein and healthy fats, providing both satiety and nutrition.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp oregano/chilli flakes
- 1 onion/spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
- ½ tsp butter/oil
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- In a bowl, break the 2 eggs, beat them nicely with spices and herbs. Set aside.
- In a frying pan, add oil/butter and sauté spring onions/onions, tomato. Add spices – red chilli, ginger garlic, coriander powder, oregano, etc.
- Sauté the masala for 5 minutes.
- In another pan, make an omelette. Once cooked, place it nicely on a plate.
- Spread the masala over the omelette and roll it.
- Serve hot and enjoy with mint dip.
