Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 onion/spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped french beans
- 1 tbsp chopped carrot
- ½ tbsp chopped mushrooms
- 1 green chilli
- Coriander or spring onion, to garnish
- 1 pinch red chilli powder
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
- ½ tsp butter/oil
- Salt, to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, break the 2 eggs, beat them nicely with salt. Keep aside.
- In a frying pan, add oil/butter and ginger garlic paste. Sauté spring onions/onions, tomato, carrot, mushrooms, green chilli, and add salt to taste, etc.
- Sauté the vegetables until cooked.
- In another pan, make an omelette. Once cooked, place it nicely on a plate.
- Put the sautéed vegetables over the omelette and roll it.
- Garnish with coriander or spring onion and serve hot.
