This pasta bowl is a delicious blend of creamy goodness and savory satisfaction.

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tsp ghee/butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ slice cheese
  • 2 tbsp wheat pasta

Method: pre-preparation: boil 2 tbsp of wheat pasta, remove excess water, and set aside.

  1. Heat ghee/butter in a clean and dry pan.
  2. Add garlic and wheat flour to the pan and roast for 5 minutes or until the color changes slightly.
  3. Pour milk and add ½ slice of cheese to the flour mixture. Keep stirring until it thickens to a desired consistency.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano according to taste, and continue stirring.
  5. Add the boiled pasta to the white sauce and mix well.
