This pasta bowl is a delicious blend of creamy goodness and savory satisfaction.
Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tsp ghee/butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ slice cheese
- 2 tbsp wheat pasta
Method: pre-preparation: boil 2 tbsp of wheat pasta, remove excess water, and set aside.
- Heat ghee/butter in a clean and dry pan.
- Add garlic and wheat flour to the pan and roast for 5 minutes or until the color changes slightly.
- Pour milk and add ½ slice of cheese to the flour mixture. Keep stirring until it thickens to a desired consistency.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano according to taste, and continue stirring.
- Add the boiled pasta to the white sauce and mix well.
